These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IncorpWal website and the company registration services we provide. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
IncorpWal provides assistance with company formation and incorporation in Pakistan through the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). This includes company name search and reservation, preparation of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and filing of the incorporation application on your behalf.
2. Not a government body
IncorpWal is a private service provider and is not the SECP or any other government authority. Incorporation and all official approvals are granted solely by the SECP at its discretion and subject to its rules under the Companies Act, 2017.
3. Your responsibilities
To allow us to provide the service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information and documents;
- Respond promptly to requests for information or signatures;
- Ensure you are legally entitled to register the company and use the proposed name.
We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information.
4. Fees
Service fees and applicable SECP government charges are communicated to you directly over WhatsApp before work begins. Government fees are set by the SECP and are outside our control.
5. Processing times and outcomes
Any timelines we mention (such as "2 to 3 working days") are good-faith estimates based on typical SECP processing and depend on document readiness and SECP's own timelines. We do not guarantee a specific completion date, the availability of a particular company name, or approval by the SECP.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncorpWal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or any delay or decision by the SECP. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the specific engagement.
7. Third-party services
Communication with us takes place over WhatsApp, and filings are made through the SECP portal. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies, which are beyond our control.
8. Intellectual property
The IncorpWal name, branding, and the content of this website are owned by IncorpWal and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
